Pumpkin Biscuits
Ingredients
200 grams pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
3 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add puree, flour, and melted butter to bowl and mix with your hands to form a dough.
Roll dough on a floured surface until it is 1/2 centimeter thick, then cut out into shapes with cookie cutter.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
