Cauliflower Tots

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower, steamed

  • 1 3/4 cups potatoes— peeled, cubed, and steamed

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mash potatoes and cauliflower.

  3. Add cheese and combine.

  4. Using a tablespoon measurer, form cauliflower mixture into balls, then flatten into a round.

  5. Grease or line a cookie sheet.

  6. Place cauliflower rounds on the sheet about 1/2 inch from each other.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tots are golden and crispy.
