Strawberry Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup strawberries

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor/blender on high until they form a smooth batter (Optional— add beet juice for an even pinker color!).

  2. Pour into your prepared mold.

  3. Depending on the size of your mold, bake for 20-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
