Strawberry Hearts
Ingredients
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
Directions
Blend all ingredients in food processor/blender on high until they form a smooth batter (Optional— add beet juice for an even pinker color!).
Pour into your prepared mold.
Depending on the size of your mold, bake for 20-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
